With every year new processors and servers introduced to the market. Most of the time it is better servers for less money. We are happy to announce that we completely moved Bloggum to new servers. New servers give us power to serve more pages and serve them faster. Users and blog visitors will notice this difference.

While moving to new servers we reviewed our homepage and page navigation. We redesigned them to make it simpler and more intuitive. Old homepage was crowded with information making it difficult to navigate. Now we made it simpler and focused on featured user blogs.

Page navigation and navigation inside user account is updated as well. Now it is more persistend all over the site, making site easy and faster to use.

One other issue that we are tracking is spam. We hate spams as most of our users do. In last couple month we developed some spam preventing and detecting algorithms and cleaned most of spam from our servers. But still there are noticeable amount of spam added daily. We still work on making bloggum clean of spam. If you notice a spam blog please let us know. If you know any technique to auto clean or prevent spam feel free to share with us.
